在铁路运输的过程中经常会出现轨道严重磨损的问题。为了能够有效地解决此类问题,需要通过设计一种单片机和PLC控制监控系统来对铁轨内部的喷油设备进行全面控制,从而更好地减轻机车对弯道表面的磨损,并有效延长轨道的使用寿命。该系统主要是通过两种控制器来有效实现特定型号单片机的信号采集和信号存储功能。分析以AT89C52单片机为基础,结合EX2N实现喷油操作。如果能够借助专用的LabVIEW8.6为平台,能够全面实现喷油的操作,从而控制喷油的次数。此外,也可以在操作的过程中精确地知悉喷油的油量和故障概率和内容,多台铁轨喷油器的联合监控可以让铁轨运营的寿命变得更长。

In the process of railway transportation,serious track wear often occurs.In order to solve these problems effectively,it is necessary to design a single-chip computer and PLC control and monitoring system to control the fuel injection equipment inside the rails in an all-round way,so as to better reduce the wear on the curved surface of the locomotive and effectively prolong the service life of the rails.The system mainly realizes the functions of signal acquisition and storage of a specific type of single chip computer by two kinds of controllers.Based on AT89C52 single-chip computer and EX2N,the fuel injection operation is realized in this paper.If the special LabVIEW 8.6 platform can be used,the operation of fuel injection can be realized in an all-round way,so as to control the number of fuel injection.In addition,the amount of fuel injected and the probability and content of failure can also be accurately known during operation.The combined monitoring of multiple rail injectors can make the life of rail operation longer.
