为满足使用雷达波对树木内部缺陷进行检测时控制天线位置的要求,设计一种天线控制平台。结合嵌入式技术,以木质、铁质等材料为框架,通过光电传感器技术获取地面信息,设计了一种天线控制平台并进行了实际的操作测试。控制平台结合嵌入式技术和光电传感器技术,在运动平台和支撑平台的共同配合下,可以灵活的控制天线位置,解决了传统检测方法天线位置固定不动导致检测精度较低的弊端。经过系统测试,该天线控制平台的控制精度较高。所设计的天线控制平台可以帮助得到更加准确的树木内部缺陷检测结果,因此该平台具有一定的应用价值。
In order to meet the requirement of controlling the position of the antenna when using radar beam to detect the internal defects of trees, an antenna control platform is designed. Based on the embedded technology, the paper, using wood, iron and other materials are used as frameworks, ground information is obtained through photoelectric sensor technology, an antenna control platform is designed, and actual operational is tested. The control platform combining embedded technology and photoelectric sensor technology, which can control the antenna position flexibly under the cooperation of sports platform and support platform. It solves the disadvantages of low detection accuracy due to the fixed position of antenna of traditional detection method. After the system test, the control precision of the antenna control platform is high. The platform has certain application value because we can obtain more accurate results of the internal defect detection of trees.
