The AZ1117 is a series of low dropout three-terminal regulators with a dropout of 1.15V at 1A output current. The AZ1117 series provides current limiting and thermal shutdown. Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy to be within 1% for 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, 5.0V and adjustable versions or 2% for 1.2V version. Current limit is trimmed to ensure specified output current and controlled short-circuit current. On-chip thermal shutdown provides protection against any combination of overload and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperature. The AZ1117 has an adjustable version, that can provide the output voltage from 1.25V to 12V with only 2 external resistors.

Among many books being published on this subject, a common feature is to treat a robot as a single system that is to be controlled by a variety of control algorithms depending on different scenarios and control objectives. However, when a robot becomes more complex and its degrees of freedom of motion increase substantially, the needed control computation can easily go beyond the scope a modern computer can handle within a pre-specified sampling period. A solution is to base the control on subsystem dynamics.

High-Speed, Low-Power Dual Operational Amplifier The AD826 features high output current drive capability of 50 mA min per amp, and is able to drive unlimited capacitive loads. With a low power supply current of 15 mA max for both amplifiers, the AD826 is a true general purpose operational amplifier. The AD826 is ideal for power sensitive applications such as video cameras and portable instrumentation. The AD826 can operate from a single +5 V supply, while still achieving 25 MHz of band width. Furthermore the AD826 is fully specified from a single +5 V to ±15 V power supplies. The AD826 excels as an ADC/DAC buffer or active filter in data acquisition systems and achieves a settling time of 70 ns to 0.01%, with a low input offset voltage of 2 mV max. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The AD810 is a composite and HDTV compatible, current feedback, video operational amplifier, ideal for use in systems such as multimedia, digital tape recorders and video cameras. The 0.1 dB flatness specification at bandwidth of 30 MHz (G = +2) and the differential gain and phase of 0.02% and 0.04° (NTSC) make the AD810 ideal for any broadcast quality video system. All these specifications are under load conditions of 150 Ω (one 75 Ω back terminated cable). The AD810 is ideal for power sensitive applications such as video cameras, offering a low power supply current of 8.0 mA max. The disable feature reduces the power supply current to only 2.1 mA, while the amplifier is not in use, to conserve power. Furthermore the AD810 is specified over a power supply range of ±5 V to ±15 V.

本文首次设计并验证了基于macom三合一芯片设计的光模块电路,该电路旨在提供一种满足SFF-8472中规定的数字诊断功能的低成本SFP+模块。电路采用激光器驱动、限幅放大器、控制器以及时钟恢复单元集成的单芯片,在保证高精度数字诊断功能基础上,实现了低成本高可靠的特点。该电路在光接收接口组件与激光器驱动和限幅放大器单元的限幅放大器部分之间接入滤波器来提高模块的灵敏度及信号质量。在控制器单元的数字电位器的引脚上采用外加电阻的方式避免出现上电不发光的故障问题。该研究结果为下一代SFP-DD光模块设计与开发工作,奠定了一定的理论与实践基础。This paper designs and validates the optical module circuit based on the MACOM Trinity chip for the first time.This circuit aims to provide a low-cost SFP module which meets the digital diagnosis function specified in SFF-8472.The circuit uses a single chip integrated with laser driver,limiting amplifier,controller and clock recovery unit.On the basis of ensuring high precision digital diagnosis function,it achieves the characteristics of low cost and high reliability.The circuit connects a filter between the optical receiving interface module and the limiting amplifier part of the laser driver and limiting amplifier unit to improve the sensitivity and signal quality of the module.The pin of the digital potentiometer in the controller unit is equipped with an external resistance to avoid the problem of power failure.The research results lay a theoretical and practical foundation for optical module design in high-speed data center.

Spartane-6 LXand LXT FPGAs are available in various speed grades, with -3 having the highest performance. The DC and AC electrical parameters of the Automotive XA Spartan-6 FPGAs and Defense-grade Spartan-6Q FPGAs devices are equivalent to the commercial specifications except where noted. The timing characteristics of the commercial(XC)-2 speed grade industrial device are the same as for a-2 speed grade commercial device. The -2Q and -3Q speed grades are exclusively for the expanded(Q) temperature range. The timing characteristics are equivalent to those shown for the-2 and-3speed grades for the Automotive and Defense-grade devices.Spartan-6 FPGA DC and AC characteristics are specified for commercial (C), industrial (), and expanded (Q) temperature ranges. Only selected speed grades and/or devices might be available in the industrial or expanded temperature ranges for Automotive and Defense-grade devices.
