在航电系统维护过程中，为解决定位故障的效率和降低维修成本等问题，提出了基于ICD（Interface Control Document，接口控制文件）的1553B总线的信息监控系统模型。该系统运用数据采集卡对总线中传输的信号有无失真、偏差等电气特性进行检测，并使用1553B通讯卡通过测控软件LabWindows/CVI编程与ICD数据库的动态链接，实现总线信息的解析和故障的判断。与传统的维护过程相比，这种模型能够从信号的电气特性以及信息的解析等全方位的去检测判断故障的来源，并且能够广泛在其他1553B总线系统内扩展应用。验证表明该监控系统可以对总线信息进行快速有效地监测分析，能满足应用需求。 Abstract: In the process of avionics system maintenance， to solve the problems such as improving the efficiency of fast orientation to troubles and reducing maintenance cost， system of 1553B bus information monitor model based on ICD was proposed. The system observed whether the data which transmitted on the bus appear distortion and deviation by using data acquisition card. And using 1553B communication card programming of the measure software LabWindows/CVI and the dynamic linking of ICD database， message analysis and fault estimation could be realized. Compared with traditional maintenance， this model can all-dimensionally detect and analyze the source of faults from both electrical characteristics of the signal and message analysis， and it can be widely applied in the other 1553B system. Experiment shown that this monitor system can effectively detect and analyze the bus message and can meet the application requirements.

Digitemp Jr. is a device that is designed to measure and report ambient temperature. When connected to an RS-232 port on any PC, it will periodically measure and report in ASCII form the ambient temperature in degrees Celsius. These temperature readings can be monitored with any terminal program. The position signal was tested by photoelectric axial angle coder. Therefore， the paper proposes the design of electronic universal testing machine design based on LS7266R1. If the position signal detected by other methods， will inevitably lead to the circuit design complexity， reliability decreased. The work theory of the controller， the hardware interface design between LS7266R1 and single chip， and the flow chart of main program， are presented in this paper. The signal of the compression or tension power and displacement at working， which tested by power sensor and displacement sensor especially， is changed into electric voltage and electric pulse numerical signals. And these signals can be tested by A/D and counted by LS7266R1. Finally the test of the material properties can be controlled by itself， or controlled by the COM command of PC.

基于幅移键控技术ASK（Amplitude-Shift Keying），以C8051F340单片机作为监测终端控制器，C8051F330D单片机作为探测节点控制器，采用半双工的通信方式，通过监控终端和探测节点的无线收发电路，实现数据的双向无线传输。收发电路采用直径为0.8 mm的漆包线自行绕制成圆形空心线圈天线，天线直径为（3.4±0.3）cm。试验表明，探测节点与监测终端的通信距离为24 cm，通过桥接方式，节点收发功率为102 mW时，节点间的通信距离可达20 cm。与传统无线收发模块相比，该无线收发电路在受体积、功耗、成本限制的场合有广阔的应用前景。 Abstract: Based on ASK technology and with the C8051F340 and C8051F330D MCU as the controller， using half-duplex communication mode， this paper achieves bi-directional data transfer. Transceiver circuit constituted by enameled wire which diameter is 0.8mm and wound into a diameter （3.4±0.3） cm circular hollow coil antenna. Tests show that the communication distance between detection and monitoring of the terminal is 24cm，the distance is up to 20cm between two nodes when using the manner of bridging and the node transceiver power is 102mW. Compared with the conventional wireless transceiver modules， the circuit has wide application prospect in small size， low cost and low power consumption and other characteristics.

Each of these modules included an embedded system based on microcontroller of AVR series and communicated with other module by CAN bus. The results show that the test system can judge the fault of ship meteorological instrument quickly and shorten the fault detection time as much as 60% compared with simple manual troubleshooting.
