LTE中速率的配置通过MCS（ModulationandCodingScheme，调制与编码策略）索引值实现。MCS将所关注的影响通讯速率的因素作为表的列，将MCS索引作为行，形成一张速率表。所以，每一个MCS索引其实对应了一组参数下的物理传输速率。
