基于STM32 单片机光纤传感系统的研究
<p>以STM32单片机为核心设计一种光纤传感气体检测系统。当调制激光进入光声池后通过光声效应得到声信号,所得信号由设置在光声池上的微音器检测经后置的解调电路完成检测。利用中心波长锁定来减小测量所得误差,利用二次谐波来消除气体背景噪声,从而进一步提高系统信噪比。该气体传感器的性能通过对水汽气体进行检测得以验证,此装置对水汽的拟合度高达0.9992,体现出良好的检测准确度。</p><p>Design
