<p>根据现代高速双刀切纸机的工艺要求,对伺服控制方案进行了分析。针对切纸机切割精度的问题,设计了以STM32单片机为核心的切纸机控制系统,以降低生产成本、提高切纸精度。主要介绍了切纸机的工艺流程,通过分析,设计了变频控制和伺服控制相结合的控制方案。通过实验得到切纸辊跟随送纸辊的电机速度曲线。误差分析表明,切纸精度可达±1 mm,由此证明了本切纸机控制系统的可行性。</p><p>According
