The methods in the toolbox include Kalman filter, extended Kalman filter and unscented Kalman filter for discrete time state space models. Also included in the toolbox are the Rauch-Tung-Striebel and Forward-Backward SMOOTHer counter-parts for each filter, which can be used to SMOOTH the previous state estimates, after obtaining new measurements. In an electromagnetic cloak based on a transformation approach, reduced sets of material properties are generally favored due to their easier implementation in reality, although a seemingly inevitable drawback of undesired reflection exists in such cloaks. Here we suggest using high-order transformations to create SMOOTH moduli at the outer boundary of the cloak, therefore completely eliminating the detrimental scattering within the limit of geometric optics. We apply this scheme to a non-magnetic cylindrical cloak and demonstrate that the scattered field is reduced substantially in a cloak with optimal quadratic transformation as compared to its linear counterpart.

Abstract - A fl exible multiscale and directional representation for images is proposed. The scheme combines directional fi lter banks with the Laplacian pyramid to provides a sparse representation for two- dimensional piecewise SMOOTH signals resembling images. The underlying expansion is a frame and can be designed to be a tight frame. Pyramidal directional fi lter banks provide an effective method to implement the digital curvelet transform. The regularity issue of the iterated fi lters in the directional fi lter bank is examined.

Abstract—The contourlet transform is a new two-dimensional extension of the wavelet transform using multiscale and direc- tional fi lter banks. The contourlet expansion is composed of basis images oriented at various directions in multiple scales, with fl exible aspect ratios. Given this rich set of basis images, the contourlet transform effectively captures SMOOTH contours that are the dominant feature in natural images.

Implementation of GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) that rendered triangle based models. Our goal was to generate complex models with a movable camera. We wanted to be able to render complex images that consisted of hundreds to thousands of triangles. We wanted to apply interpolated shading on the objects, so that they appeared more SMOOTH and realisitc, and to have a camera that orbitted around the object, which allowed us to look arond the object with a stationary light source. We chose to do this in hardware, because our initial implementation using running software on the NIOS II processor was too slow. Implementing parallelism in hardware is also easier to do than in software, which allows for more efficiency. We used Professor Land s floating point hardware, which allowed us to do calculations efficiency, which is essential to graphics.

It is more than a decade since GSM was first commercially available. After some unexpected delay, it seems that finally UMTS is here to stay as a 3G system standardised by 3GPP, at least for another ten years. UMTS will enable multi-service, multi-rate and flexible IP native-based mobile technologies to be used in wide area scenarios and also pave the way for a SMOOTH transition from circuit switched voice networks to mobile packet services.

随着光伏发电系统快速发展,以及电动汽车充电桩的普及,传统的剩余电流保护器无法满足实际需求。介绍了一款B型剩余电流保护器,采用磁调制剩余电流互感器和零序电流互感器采集剩余电流。根据GB/T 22794—2017标准要求,可识别1 kHz及以下的正弦交流、带和不带直流分量的脉动直流、平滑直流等剩余电流信号。经信号调理电路将电压信号送到单片机进行采集和判断。通过试验测试,该样机在测试精度和速度上均符合国家标准的相关要求。The rapid development of photovoltaic power generation systems and the popularity of electric vehicle charging piles make the traditional residual current protective devices unable to meet the actual demand.This paper proposed a type B residual current protective device,which uses the magnetically modulated residual current transformer and the zero sequence current transformer to acquire the residual current.According to the requirements of GB/T 22794—2017,the type B residual current protective device can detect sinusoidal AC residual current of 1kHz and below 1kHz,pulsating DC residual current with and without DC component,SMOOTH DC residual current and so on.The signal processing circuit sends the voltage signal to the MCU for acquisition and judgment.Through experimental tests,the device meets the relevant requirements of national standards in terms of test accuracy and speed.
