<p>针对工业测温控温存在的需求,介绍一种基于热电偶测温控制系统,系统包括温度数据采集及控制器两部分。温度数据采集由K型热电偶、K型热电偶串行模数转换器MAX6675组成,控制器由单片机进行数据处理,固态继电器进行通断控制。本文阐述了MAX6675与单片机组成的测温控温系统的硬件组成和软件的设计思路。实践表明:该系统结构简单,软件实现容易、操作方便,运行可靠、成本较低,特别适合小型企业简单测温控制

高精密多轴位移平台栅丝张力检测仪的实现

<p>以栅丝张力为研究对象,对栅丝张力检测仪的总体结构进行研究并设计,阐述了检测仪的硬件及软件实现方案。检测仪通过控制多轴位移平台实现探头与栅丝的接触检测和压力测量,将测力仪实时采集数据传送至上位机,上位机根据测量数据计算获得栅丝张力值,实现张力值的实时显示、验证、存储以及查询等功能。实践证明:设计的检测仪为栅丝张力检测提供了一种自动化实时检测手段,测试精度达0. 01 N,提高了测试效率及准确性

一种基于HID规范的可定义功能的医用图像采集脚踏控制器的研制

<p>为解决传统医用脚踏存在的问题,本文在不修改任何医疗参数的情况下,设计并研制了一种可对多种图像采集设备或软件进行自定义采图及录制功能的脚踏设备。该设备主要基于HID规范,使用UTS2210模块,通过KeilC编程结合STC-12C5A60S2单片机向上位机串口发送控制信号来实现采图。实验结果显示该医用脚踏控制器成功率为98%。经过近一年实践,该控制器运行稳定,达到了预期设计效果,可推广使用。<
