为解决传统医用脚踏存在的问题,本文在不修改任何医疗参数的情况下,设计并研制了一种可对多种图像采集设备或软件进行自定义采图及录制功能的脚踏设备。该设备主要基于HID规范,使用UTS2210模块,通过KeilC编程结合STC-12C5A60S2单片机向上位机串口发送控制信号来实现采图。实验结果显示该医用脚踏控制器成功率为98%。经过近一年实践,该控制器运行稳定,达到了预期设计效果,可推广使用。
In order to solve the problem of traditional medical pedal, we designed and developed a pedal device which can perform customized image acquisition and recording from multiple equipments or softwares and record images without modifying any medical parameters. Based on HID protocol and UTS2210 module, this device achieved image acquisition by sending control signals to the host serial port through KeilC programming combined with STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller. The experimental results showed that the success rate of the medical pedal controller was 98%. After nearly one year of practice, the controller runs stably and achieves the expected design effect, which can be popularized.
