  • Atmel AT89C系列单片机电路板设计指南

    Designing Boards with Atmel AT89C51,AT89C52, AT89C1051, and AT89C2051 for Writing Flash at In-Circuit Test. Recent improvements in chips and testers have made it possible for the tester to begin taking over the role tradi-tionally assigned to the PROM program-mer. Instead of having a PROM pro- grammer write nonvolatile memories before assembling the board, the in-cir- cuit tester writes them during in-circuit testing operations. Many Teradyne Z18- series testers are now in use loading code into nonvolatile memories, Micro- controllers and in-circuit programmable logic devices. The purpose of this note is to explain how the Z18 approaches the writing task for Atmel AT89C series IC’s, so that designers of boards using these chips can get the best results.

  • 基于瑞萨电子微控制器的温度控制系统设计

      为了提高传统温度控制系统的性能,将PID控制理论与嵌入式系统相结合,采用瑞萨电子公司的H8S/2166作为核心处理器,AD公司的AD7705以及热敏电阻温度传感器作为温度检测单元,利用4×6小键盘、LCD显示器和S1D13305液晶控制器达到良好的人机交互,设计出了一个应用于化工领域的嵌入式实时温度控制系统。相比于传统温度控制系统,该系统提供了更强的计算能力和可扩展能力,采用增量PID控制算法实现复杂控制。通过实验,该系统能达到0.1 ℃的温度控制精度以及小于120 s的温度稳定时间。   Abstract:   In order to improve the performance of conventional temperature control system, combining PID control theory with embedded systems, using the Renesas Electronics Corp. H8S/2166 Micro-controller as a core processors, AD7705 and thermistor temperature sensor as a temperature detection unit and 4×6 small keyboard, LCD and S1D13305 LCD controller as a good human-computer interaction, this paper designed an embedded real-time temperature control system which is applied in chemical industry. Compared with conventional temperature control system, this system provides more computing power and extensibility, and adopts PID control algorithm for complex control. Through the experiment, the system can reach temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and temperature stabilization time of less than 120 seconds.

  • 基于PIC16LF874单片机的电容测量模块

    为提高电容测量精度,针对电容式传感器的工作原理设计了基于PIC16LF874单片机电容测量模块。简单阐述了电容测量电路的应用背景和国内外研究现状,介绍了美国Microchip公司PIC16LF874单片机的特性。电容式传感器输出的动态微弱电容信号通过PS021型电容数字转换器把模拟量数据转换成数字量数据,所测数据由PIC16LF874单片机应用程序进行处理、显示和保存。实验结果表明,固定电容标称值为10~20 pF 的测量值相对误差在1%以内,同时也可知被测电容容值越大,测量值和标称值相对误差越小。 Abstract:  To improve the accuracy of capacitance measurement,aimed at the principle of work of mercury capacitance acceleration transducer,the design of Micro capacitance measurement circuit is based on the key PIC16LF874 chip. Briefly discusses the application of the capacitance measuring circuit for the background and status of foreign researchers,focusing on the United States PIC16LF874 Microcontroller features. Capacitive sensor outputed signal through the dynamics of weak PS021-chip capacitors (capacitancedigital converter) to convert analog data into digital data,the measured data from the PIC16LF874 Microcontroller application process, display and preservation. Experimental results show that the fixed capacitor 10pF ~ 20pF nominal value of the measured value of relative error is within 1%,but also it canbe seen the value of the measured capacitance larger,measuring value and the nominal value of relative error smaller.

  • 单片机P0口的片外数据存储器扩展

    单片机作为一种微型计算机,其内部具有一定的存储单元(8031除外),但由于其内部存储单元及端口有限,很多情况下难以满足实际需求。为此介绍一种新的扩展方法,将数据线与地址线合并使用,通过软件控制的方法实现数据线与地址线功能的分时转换,数据线不仅用于传送数据信号,还可作为地址线、控制线,用于传送地址信号和控制信号,从而实现单片机与存储器件的有效连接。以单片机片外256KB数据存储空间的扩展为例,通过该扩展方法,仅用10个I/O端口便可实现,与传统的扩展方法相比,可节约8个I/O端口。 Abstract:  As a Micro-computer,the SCM internal memory has a certain units(except8031),but because of its internal storage units and the ports are limited,in many cases it can not meet the actual demand.So we introduced a new extension method,the data line and address lines combined through software-controlled approach to realize the time-conversion functions of data lines and address lines,so the data lines not only transmited data signals,but also served as address lines and control lines to transmit address signals and control signals,in order to achieve an effective connection of Microcontroller and memory chips.Take Microcontroller chip with256KB of data storage space expansion as example,through this extension method,with only10I/O ports it was achieved,compared with the traditional extension methods,this method saves8I/O ports.

    针对当前安检力学试验机所能完成的试验种类单一、自动化程度低等问题,提出一种以ATmega128单片机为核心控制器的安检力学试验机的设计。详细阐述了该安检力学试验机各个组成部分的设计原理和方案,并且给出了各部分的软件设计思想和操作流程。经过大量测试试验表明:设计的安检力学试验机可以完成多达十余种的力学安检试验,完全符合相关国家标准,并且具有数据采集精度高、传输速度快、操作安全简便等特点,实现了安检设备的多功能化、数字化和自动化。 Abstract:  Currently, many mechanical security testing machines have only one function. The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems, a new kind of mechanical security testing machine, using ATmega128 Micro-controller as its core controller, has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail, and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing, we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general, this machine is a multi-functional, highly automatic, digitalized security testing device.

    单片机入门知识手册 说到单片机,首先想到的是中央处理器(CPU),学过微型计算机的人都知道,CPU是计算机最核心的部分,它可以完成算术运算和逻辑运算,CPU再配上外部存储器,输入输出单元就构成一台微型计算机。其实单片机可以看成一台微型计算机,它具有CPU的功能,并且自身带有存储器,带有输入输出接口(如串行UART、AD转化、PWM控制),单片机配上一些简单的外围电路,就可以完成智能控制或数据采集等。所以,单片机的英文名叫MCU(Micro Chip Uint),翻译成中文是微控制单元。 单片机能干什么?通俗一点讲,单片机只有两个功能:一个是数据采集,另一个是控制。其实都很好理解,数据采集实际上是从外间输入,如从AD(模数转化)口读入一个电压值,从串口接收一个数据等等。控制实际上是输出,51单片机有32个IO口,每个IO口可以驱高或驱低,单片机以此来实现对外间的控制。一个单片机系统都可以用下面这个框图来说明:
