fdd-lte，长期演进技术（英语：LTE，LongTermEvolution）是电信中用于手机及数据终端的高速无线通讯标准，为高速下行分组接入（HSDPA）过渡到4G的版本，俗称为3.9G。该标准基于旧有的GSM/EDGE和UMTS/HSPA网络技术，并使用调制技术提升网络容量及速度。长期演进技术该标准由3GPP（第三代合作伙伴计划）于2008年第四季度于Release8版本中首次提出，并在Release9版本中进行少许改良。
