μC/OS-II Goals Probably the most important goal of μC/OS-II was to make it backward compatible with μC/OS (at least from an application’s standpoint). A μC/OS port might need to be modified to work with μC/OS-II but at least, the application code should require only minor changes (if any). Also, because μC/OS-II is based on the same core as μC/OS, it is just as reliable. I added conditional compilation to allow you to further reduce the amount of RAM (i.e. data space) needed by μC/OS-II. This is especially useful when you have resource limited products. I also added the feature described in the previous section and cleaned up the code. Where the book is concerned, I wanted to clarify some of the concepts described in the first edition and provide additional explanations about how μC/OS-II works. I had numerous requests about Doing a chapter on how to port μC/OS and thus, such a chapter has been included in this book for μC/OS-II.

It is an experimental testing for python M2Crypto module. M2Crypto is not well document. User may not know how to use SHA256 when signing and verify with RSA. It also have not enough document to show how to use DES to encrypt and decrypt. Here also includes source codes for performance evaluation of the algorithms. This a simple database management system. It doesn t use any other code (i.e. ODBC, ADO, etc.) and has it s own database file format. I wrote it because I found the other DBMSs code too bulky and hard to debug. It s designed for small applications and I doubt it could handle anything on a large scale. A sample program included in the .zip shows how everything works. The database project is a library project, so you ll have to compile and link with the .lib file to get everything working. Pros: - You have the source code so you know exactly what it is Doing - Database files are very small - Small and fast code Cons: - Can t handle large amounts of records (more than 65000ish) - Doesn t support SQL (you have to search the database by cycling through the records and testing them against your constraints) - Each database file can only have one table.
