在linux下做的录音和播放的程序，使用oss音频驱动程序，

音频的压缩和解压耳机里实时发出mic收到声音。录音，程序将会把mic输入声音存储到flash里面，程序会停止在三个断点之一。这三个断点分别是flash擦除失败、flash写入失败、录音结束。如果是停在前两个断点，是flash操作失败。如果是停在第三个断点，表明录音结束。可以停止程序，进行录音回放操作。录音回放，程序将会循环播放flash里面存储的声音。
