程序通过定时器中断分别驱动板上的两个LED（L3、L4）周期闪烁。
其中L3靠Timer0产生的FIQ中断驱动，L4靠RTC中断驱动。
如果板上晶振工作正常、PLL设置正确，则能看到L3、L4闪动频率相同（1Hz）。
