NAME
    israndom - whether a value is a Blum generator state

SYNOPSIS
    israndom(x)

TYPES
    x		any, &any

    return	int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x is a Blum-Blum-Shub pseudo-random number generator state.
    This function will return 1 if x is a file, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    ; a = srandom(0)
    ; print israndom(a), israndom(0);
    1 0
