NAME
    isassoc - whether a value is an association.

SYNOPSIS
    isassoc(x)

TYPES
    x		any, &any

    return	int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x is an association.  This function will return 1 if x is
    an association, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    ; a = assoc()
    ; print isassoc(a), isassoc(1)
    1 0
