Description:
	a class to indicatie some xhr request 
	is going on via topics, with optional
	eye-candy indicators either offset
	from mouse pointer, or in a fixed position
	node.

Dependencies: 
	widget: none. 
	test page: to enhance visual effect, a .php
	file is used to slowly pass data to an xhr 
	request. You will need a php-enabled
	webserver to view /dojox/tests/test_Loader.html
