Term and Termination.  The licenses granted herein are effective 
until terminated as set forth in this paragraph.  This Agreement 
(including all of the licenses granted herein) will terminate 
automatically and immediately in the event of any breach of its 
terms or conditions.  In the event of such termination, Licensee 
shall destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation in its 
possession or control.
