You don't need to create other user if you don't want to book other members of your family into your RealCIX. Each user has a mapped partner with name space of <b><i>ME</i></b> and partner name same as this user's ID. RealCIX create a <A href="250p.html">partner</A> and a partner account for it when you create this user. You can change this partner and change/add new parnter account for this partner. Unlike partners with other name space, you can not specify which ledger it belongs to.</p> <p>A RSA key is generated when a new user's partner account is created. The private key is stored in this user's partner account record and public key is sent to your partner so that he can decrypt the correspondence document you sent to him. You can regenrate this RSA key then you have responsibility to re-export those partner's information into .cix file and resend them to your relevant partners.</p> <p>User is used to categorize <A href="200ld.html">ledger</A> and <A href="539bp.html">budget</A> as well.</p> <p>Entry of user management is through below context menu,</p> <p><img src="./image/140userentry.png"></img></p> <p>User managment form contains 3 tabs</p> <p><img src="./image/140user.png"></img></p> <p>Login tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><b><i>User</i></b> is the user id which identify a user and is used to login into RealCIX.</li> <li><b><i>Text</i></b> is the description of the user object.</li> <li><b><i>Password</i></b> is used to login into RealCIX. You must know either old password of this user or super user if you want to change it. So don't loss your super user password or you may have to request our help to recover it. We may charge your money in that case!</li> </ul> <p>Main and title tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><b><i>Title</i></b> is the titile of this user.</li> <li>Input this user's <b><i>First name</i></b>, <b><i>middle name</i></b> and <b><i>last name</i></b> here.</li> <li>Input this user's <b><i>gender</i></b> here.</li> <li><b><i>Country</i></b> is for informaiton only.</li> </ul> <p>Communication tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><b><i>Website</i></b> has a default value from family setting.</li> <li>Input this user's <b><i>Email</i></b> here.</li> </ul> <p>Enter will save this user and recreate a partner with name space <b><i>ME</i></b> and same partner name with this user name.
