Creation of partner with name space <b><i>ME</i></b> is from <A href="140ruser.html">user management</A>. Creation of partner with name space <b><i>TAX</i></b> is from <A href="290taxdep.html">tax department</A>. Entry of creation of partner with other name space and maintain of all partners is from as below screen shot.</p> <p><img src="./image/250partnerentry.png"></img></p> <p>The partner maintenance function is as below screen shot.</p> <p><img src="./image/250partner.png"></img></p> <p>There are 2 buttons of confirm. <b><i>Save and export</i></b> will export this partner object into a file. You can include your <A href="280addr.html">address</A> and <A href="260pb.html">bank receiving account</A> informaiton as well. The public key of <A href="#useraccount">the user account</A> is always included. Your partner can import this file to create a partner object or a partner account in <A href="#yourpartner">the partner object indicated by you</A>. <b><i>Confirm</i></b> will save your partner object without export.</p> <p>RealCIX has designed partner's export and import functionality so that you can greatly improve your efficiency maintain partner objects and their relevant information, e.g., <A href="260pb.html">bank receiving account</A> and <A href="280addr.html">address</A>. Actually, you can maintain information only for members of your family. You can maintain these information of your partner by import .cix file if both you and your partner use RealCIX software. They don't need to sign up any online service. You use our software, it can handle everything. RealCIX believe this greatly enhance the security and privacy of your finance information.</p> <h2>Parnter header part</h2> <p>Main and title tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><b><i>Name space</i></b> is the space in which this partner named.</li>. <li><b><i>Partner</i></b> in combination with name space identifies a partner object.</li> <li><b><i>Country</i></b> is which country this partner is.</li> <li><b><i>First name</i></b> and <b><i>last name</i></b> are the name of this partner.</li> </ul> <p>Communication tab contains domain and email of this account. You can store detail address in record of <A href="280addr.html">address</A>.<p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li>You store <b><i>Domain</i></b> of your partner here.</li> <li>You store <b><i>Email</i></b> of your partner here.</li> </ul> <h2>Partner item part -- partner account</h2> <p>Account tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><b><i>Partner account</i></b> identifies a partner account in a partner object.</li> <li><b><i>Owner name</i></b> represents the owner's name of this partner account.</li> <li>You can flag <b><i>block</i></b> field then the register document cannot be posted by this partner account.</li> <li><b><i>Ledger</i></b> is the reconciliation ledger of this partner account.</li> <li><A name="useraccount"<b><i>User</i></b> and <b><i>user account</i></b></A> is the user account with which you build relationship. RealCIX will encrypt the correspondence document to this partner account using the private key of this user account. If the public key of this user account is sent to you partner already then your partner is able to decrypt this document by this public key.</li> </ul> <p>Partner referrence tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><A name="yourpartner">You left <b><i>your name space</i></b> and <b><i>you parnter</i></b> blank if you want your partner create a new parnter object for this partner account. Or you can choose old partners object created by your partner already. This way you partner will not create a new parnter when she/he import the file you export and sent to him.</A></li> <li><b><i>Your partner account</i></b> is a display only field which is maintained by RealCIX software during partner import. It is displayed to you so that you can know which partner account is mapped to in your partner's RealCIX database.</li> </ul> <h2><A name="partnerimport">You can create a parnter by import a .cix File</A></h2> <p><b><i>.cix</i></b> is designed to export both partner information and correspondence document safely and efficiently.
