RealCIX hope you can enjoy this design. You must maintain at least one exchange rate record against local currency before you can use a foreign currency as transaction currency.</p> <p>Entry of exchange rate maintenance function is as below screen shot.</p> <p><img src="./image/170xrentry.png"></img></p> <p>Maintenance function of exchange rate is as below screen shot.</p> <p><img src="./image/170xr.png"></img></p> <p>Main tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li><b><i>Local currency</i></b> is the local currency of your family.</li> <li><b><i>Transaction currency</i></b> is the currency you will use in real business transaction.</li> <li><b><i>Serial number</i></b> is used to identify an exchange rate record in combination with local currency and transaction currency.</li> <li><b><i>Effective date</i></b> is the date from that this exchange rate is valid until a record of next effective date after this one found.</li> <li><b><i>Mid rate</i></b> is the rate to be used in <A href="510r.html#xrandamountfields">Exchange rate determination</A> process.</li> <li><b><i>Buy rate</i></b> and <b><i>sale rate</i></b>are used as just for your information field.</li> </ul> <p>Document data tab</p> <ul type="CIRCLE"> <li>All fields in this tab is maintained by RealCIX automatically and displayed to you so that you can know when and who create/change this object.</li> </ul> <p>You can delete historical exchange rate record if there is still at least one record for that transaction currency after this deletion.</p> </BODY> ⌨️ 快捷键说明
