It represents accounts receivable. Reconciliation ledger of partner account can only choose ledger type of AR, AP, C, SC, or T.</li> <li><b><i>AP</i></b> is of balance sheet. It represents accounts payalbe. Reconciliation ledger of partner account can only choose ledger type of AR, AP, C, SC, or T.</li> <li><b><i>C</i></b> is of balance sheet. It represents cash. Reconciliation ledger of partner account can only choose ledger type of AR, AP, C, SC, or T. We recommend you to choose a ledger of this ledger type as reconciliation ledger for partners of bank or other propriate financial institutions.</li> <li><b><i>FA</i></b> is of balance sheet. It represents fixed assets. <A href="220fa.html">Fixed asset</A> object must choose a ledger of this ledger type as reconcilication ledger. You can only choose relevant fixed asset for register document item only if it uses a ledger of thie ledger type.</li> <li><b><i>L</i></b> is of balance sheet. It represents general liability.</li> <li><b><i>O</i></b> is of balance sheet. Total of the ledgers of this ledger type is the negative number of historical acquired amount after transfer all profit/loss amount here. Generally you use ledger of this ledger type on initializing of your balance sheet accounts or close your period accounting. RealCIX think that it's not necessary to close period accounting for personal/family accounting and transfer all profit/loss amount to the ledger of this ledger type..</li> <li><b><i>SC</i></b> is of balance sheet. It represents special cash. You can categorize your account of insurance, pension into this ledger type. Reconciliation ledger of partner account can only choose ledger type of AR, AP, C, SC, or T.</li> <li><b><i>T</i></b> is of balance sheet. It represents treasuary. You must categorize your account of investment into this ledger type or you cannot choose investment product for relevant register document. Reconciliation ledger of partner account can only choose ledger type of AR, AP, C, SC, or T.</li> <li><b><i>V</i></b> is of profit loss chart. It represents revenue. For budget assignment, the amount of register document item with ledger of this ledger type is set to its minus number.</li> <li><b><i>X</i></b> is of profit loss chart. It represents expense. For budget assignment, the amount of register document item with ledger of this ledger type is set to its minus number.</li> <li><b><i>XVC</i></b> is of profit loss chart. It represents expense/loss caused by exchange rate variance. RealCIX has a tool called <A href="000fc.html">foreign currency evaluation</A> which generates register document automatically on your instructed time so that you can have report according to your indicated exchange rate. The generated document will be replaced by new regenerated one every time you call this fucntion.
