<DIV class=spcr2> 常去美国出差，对美国各大航空公司的地面和机上服务印象颇深，也由此知道了为什么北美地区的客机失事率保持了多年世界最低水平。</DIV>
<DIV class=spcr2> 在波音737和麦道82飞机机舱内靠近机翼的位置，每侧都有一个紧急出口。美国的航空公司通常都会对紧急门边的这名乘客予以特别关照。一般情况下，检票人员会把这个座位留到最后。因为在美国，几乎每架飞机上都会有持免票等待空座位的航空公司内部人员，这些人会比普通乘客更了解飞机，把他们放在紧急出口旁有利于对紧急情况的处置。关机门后，乘务员会走到这名乘客前，询问他是否了解紧急门的使用，然后告诉这名乘客，一旦打开了紧急门，应当把门扔出机外，而不是留在机内，防止挡住出路。不要小看这一点提醒，它是航空公司通过大量地面模拟实验总结出来的，关键时刻会起重要作用。最后，乘务员还要检查清理紧急门附近是否有旅客的行李物品。不熟悉飞机的旅客可能会对这个紧急门有点恐惧，但幽默的美国人有时会开个玩笑，缓解紧张气氛，“我特别喜欢这个座位，比别的地方宽敞，出事时还可以第一个跑出去。”</DIV>
<DIV class=spcr2> 美国的航空公司还和电视台合作，制作了一些节目，介绍一些乘机常识。比如，女乘客不要穿丝袜，因为一旦发生火灾，丝袜会迅速燃烧，并且紧贴在皮肤上；衣物最好选用棉制品，也是为了防止烧伤；登机后最好仔细观察紧急出口的位置，并且记住相对你的座位的方位，因为紧急情况下舱内一片漆黑，失事后最初的自救是起决定性作用的。前几天刚刚发生的新航空难证实了这几条常识的重要性。事故中受伤的旅客大部分是烧伤，有一位旅客在失事后凭着印象找到了紧急出口，救出了很多人。航空界有一句话，“每一条教训都是用血换来的”。</DIV></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> </p></td>
