So many people are interested in Taoci, i would like to share <br>
some ideas with all of you. Hope all ggddmmjj in Zju could get <br>
offers soon. <br>
Sorry for using english, i've got no other choice now. <br>
1. Taoci can't guarantee you anything, so you can get offers <br>
without taoci, and you can get them by taocing. <br>
2. Timing is very important in taoci. The ideal time should be <br>
either early October or late March. Because at the rush time such <br>
as Dec, Jan, too many emails to the faculties email box, so they <br>
won't be interested in reading them at all. So try to attact them <br>
at the very early time or try to be patient to keeping contact them <br>
till late April. <br>
3. Different faculties have different taste, but if you are thinking <br>
of Taoci, you are thinking of being RA, so research is the only thing <br>
the faculties concern. Try to find your shining points in research and <br>
** very important, try to connect your research background with the <br>
faculty. Sharing common interest is the key for Taoci. <br>
4. Don't push too hard for faculties. Being patient and you may get <br>
unexpected offer from great schools. but may not at good time, say like <br>

late April or something. <br>
5. For taoci, preparation is needed, try to find the proper faculties <br>
to talk, and know yourself well, as well know him/her well(at least in <br>
research). <br>
6. Good luck. That's crucial. hehe, and usually, decision for RA is later <br>
than Fellowship or TA, so never give it up easily, late March, early April, <br>
everyone has chance. <br>
