PJRC Hardware Configuration Data License
----------------------------------------

Please read this document carefully.  You are not required to
accept this license agreement.  If you do not accept this
agreement, you may not duplicate the copyrighted hardware
configuration data.  Duplication includes but is not limited
to downloading from the internet or duplication by transfering
it to a flash rom memory chip or other storage device.  Duplication
of the hardware configuration data is prohibited if you do not
accept this license agreement.  By duplicating the hardware
configuration data, you indicate your acceptance of this License
all its terms and conditions.

This is a legal agreement between you and PJRC.COM, LLC (PJRC).
This Agreement states the terms and conditions upon which PJRC
offers to allow you to duplicate the Hardware Configuration Data,
which is protected copyright and could not otherwise be duplicated.

Hardware Configuration Data is a set of data that is transmitted
to an intergrated circuit that is not a general purpose
microprocessor or microcontroller, in order to establish its normal
operation.  Use of Hardware Configuration Data shall be considered
the process of transmitting the data to an intergrated circuit,
thus causing it to enter its normal operation with the functionality
specific to the design of the Hardware Configuration Data.


LICENSE

1.  For Use With Hardware Sold by PJRC.COM, OR Non-Commercial
Custom Built Hobbist Projects.

You may Distribute, Reproduce or Prepare Derivative Works
of the Hardware Configuration Data ONLY for use with hardware
sold by PJRC.COM, LLC or Non-Commercial Custom Built Hobbist
Projects.

Non-Commercial Custom Built Hobbist Projects are reproductions
of the hardware that is configured by this Hardware Configuration
Data, that meets the following criteria:
  a: The hardware is physically constructed by you.
  b: The hardware is not sold for profit.
  c: Not more than three (3) copies of the hardware are made.

No other Distribution, Reproduction or Preparation of Derivative
Works of the Hardware Configuration Data is permitted under this
license.


2. Integration with GPL Licensed Software.

You may intergrate this Hardware Configuration Data with executable
code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, Version 2,
when such intergration can be considered a mere aggregation of another
work not based on the program.  An aggregate work that contains a
copy of the Hardware Configuration Data may only be distributed,
reproduced or used in the preparation of devivitive works if such
distribution, reproduction or preparation of devivitive work meets
all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.


3.  Copyright Notice.

The Hardware Configuration Data is copyright PJRC, and is protected
by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the
Hardware Configuration Data, any copy of the written materials
accompanying the Hardware Configuration Data, or any aggregate work
which contains a copy of the Hardware Configuration Data.
