% RayDevParPlate - Calculates lateral deviation of a ray passing through a plane parallel plate.

% where MediumRefractiveIndex is the refractive index of the medium surrounding the plate,

%       AngleOfIncidence is the angle of incidence of the ray striking the plate (in radians) and
