This multiplication is accomplished by using 
.BR QccVectorIntDotProduct (3)
to take the inner product between each row of

and

The result of the multiplication, a 1 by

dimensioned integer vector, is returned in
.IR vector2 .
It is assumed that

is allocated to the proper size before
