(i.e., a column vector).
This multiplication is accomplished by using 
.BR QccVectorDotProduct (3)
to take the inner product between each row of
.I matrix
and
.IR vector1 .
The result of the multiplication, a 1 by
.I num_rows
dimensioned column vector, is returned in
.IR vector2 .
It is assumed that 
.I vector2
is allocated to the proper size before

is called.
