.SH DESCRIPTION
.LP
.B yuvtoseq
converts an image sequence stored in a headerless YUV-format file,
.IR yuvfile ,
to an image sequence,
.IR seqfile .
All frames of
.IR seqfile
are output as grayscale, PGM-format files;
i.e., the chrominance information in
.IR yuvfile
is discarded.

The option
.B \-sf
specifies the starting frame number for
.IR seqfile ,
defaulting to 0.
.LP
.IR yuvfile
is a simple headerless, raw, planar 4:2:0 YUV file which consists
of a sequence of raw luminance/chrominance images
stored one after another in a single file.
.IR num_rows
and
.IR num_cols
give the dimensions of each frame in
.IR yuvfile .
