A successful attack may permit the remote execution of arbitrary commands with system privileges.--Detailed Information:CesarFTPD offers FTP servers for Windows hosts. A vulnerability exists with the REST command that can cause a buffer overflow and permit the execution of arbitrary commands with system privileges.
