	* Added `chinese-gb2312' charset support in `chinese-gbk' coding
	  system. You can save hybrid text with GB2312 and original GBK
	  encoding text, now. This enables user to use the GB2312 input
	  methods, e.g. `chinese-py', in `Chinese-GBK' environment.
	* `characters-gbk.el' has been rewritten. You can go through the
	  Chinese text across the different Chinese charsets, with
	  `forward-word' command, etc.
	* Added `ChangeLog'(this file), `TODO' and `BUGS'.
