Using ROM Contents on TMS320C672x

the order of the examples presented in the app note is the following:

- simple_app
- simple_app_dsplib_rom
- simple_app_dsplib_rts_rom
- simple_bios_app_dsplib_rts_rom
- simple_bios_app_everything_rom

it was tested with CCS 3.3, cgtools 6.0.15, BIOS 5.20.05 on the C672x low cost evm from dsp weuffen
