医药流通领域，这样一个与老百姓息息相关的行业，作为物流领域的一个特殊分支，在现今中国的物流发展中是非常具有代表性的。对于医药行业的物流，国家对药品的流通有GSP的规定，在GSP的规定中，需要对经营的药品在整个供应链的领域进行全程的质量跟踪。正是因为这样的要求，医药公司就需要对药品的采购、运输、存储、拣选、配货、发运等一系列的物流运作都需要严格按照GSP的规定进行操作，并在全程实行批号的严格管理及监控。另外，由于药品的经营，目前既有批发和零售的业务。又有针对连锁店的配送服务。因此，在物流运作中，既会有整箱的操作，又会有拆零的配送。并且，随着竞争的加剧，客户对配送时间的要求业越来越高。这样就对物流的操作提出了更高的要求。也就是说，相比较过去的物流操作来讲，作为后台的物流操作，既要在严格的质量监控的前提下提高运作效率，降低出错率，并且需要对运作成本进行有针对性地分析和控制。</div>
