摘 要：随着计算机应用的普及，各大，中，小学校按一般都购置了微型机，用计算机代替人工管理教学工作的物资，需求、技术力量等诸多条件都已成熟。此外，随着国家经济实力的增长，国家的教育事业也取得了巨大的发展，学校的教学管理工作也变得更加复杂。学校各管理部门也急需对教学中各种信息进行有效的管理利用及交流沟通。以便有效的提高教学管理水平提高教学质量，因此可以向有关部门提出用计算机管理教学信息的请求。
在学校的管理部门中，工资的发放是处于管理工作最重要的事情，需要掌握大量有关学生的信息。因此，学校工资管理信息系统的应用无疑会有效的提高该部门老师的工作效率。首先，通过该系统，财务部门可以轻松的获取的老师的各种工作信息，例如，老师各学期各科的奖惩及退休教师工资等各种信息。对于老师基本信息的查询，本系统同样可以方便的进行。因此，本系统决定以“学校工资管理信息系统”来命名，以便学校各管理部门间便捷的获取教工的各种相关工资信息。
目标：通过系统对工资管理生成一个自动管理系统，以便清晰、准确、明了的反映教学状况，实现教学管理“无纸化”。
功能：通过简单操作，可自动生成工资管理规模，并可对其进行录入，修改，删除，查询等操作。
用户：各院（系）办公室、教务处、教师。

ABSTRACT：With computer application, the large, and is generally based on a miniature machine purchased by replacing manual management of computer teaching materials, demand, technological capabilities, and many other conditions have been met. In addition, with growth in the country's economic strength, national education has made tremendous development, the management of schools has become more complex. Management of the schools is the teaching of all kinds of information needed for effective management and use of communication. To enhance effective teaching management improve the quality of teaching, and therefore can make use of computer management to the teaching of information relevant to the request. 
  In the management of schools, class teacher is the most forward position in the management sector; a large number of the students need to master the information. Therefore, the school management information system applications will undoubtedly enhance the effective efficiency of the sector teachers. First, the adoption of the system, teachers and sections of the student teachers can easy access to information, for example, giving students the semester sections and sector recruits to the performance of all kinds of information. Reallocated to basic information enquiries, the system could equally convenient. Therefore, the system decided to "School Management Information System" to name for the management of inter-school student’s convenient access to all relevant information and reallocated. 
 Objective : through teaching management system to generate an automatic management system in order to clear, accurate and clear reflection of the status of teaching, teaching management to achieve "paperless." 
  Functions: through simple operation, automatic generation of teaching management scale, and its admission to amend, delete, information, operation

1、 绪  论
1.1课题背景
在现代社会中管理的作用越来越显得重要和突出。一般来讲，管理通过计划、组织、指导与领导、控制等手段，为组织制定目标，应用组织的各种要素，以实现组织的目标。对企业来说，人们按照一定的生产关系组织起来，对生产力、生产对象、生产手段等加以计划、指导、监控和协调，以达到预期的目的，即称为企业管理。传统的企业管理活动中，把人、才、物作为企业的主要资源。但是随着社会化大生产的不断扩大和社会对产品多样化的需求，人们越来越重视信息在生产经营及企业管理中的作用，并把它当作企业的一种极其重要的资源，人们称之为“信息资源”，信息资源的处理已经成为当今世界上一项主要的社会活动。
