aodv program to simulate in glomosim simulator

We have updated the AODV code for GloMoSim to reflect the AODV IETF
Internet Draft version 13. In addition to the aodv.pc and aodv.h
files, we have also modified two other files:

1. structmsg.h - We have added some message types. All of them have
the prefix MSG_AODV.

2. cbr_client.pc - As per the current version of AODV, if a source
node is unable to find a route to the destination after RREQ_RETRIES
attempts, a "Destination Unreachable" message is sent to the
application. The application layer in Glomosim previously did not
accept any such message. We therefore implemented this mechanism for
the CBR client, that terminates its session on receiving this
message. If you need to use AODV for other applications, please make
similar changes to your application.


Installation
-------------

Replace your copies of
your_glomosim_directory/glomosim/network/aodv.h,
your_glomosim_directory/glomosim/network/aodv.pc,
your_glomosim_directory/glomosim/include/structmsg.h and
your_glomosim_directory/glomosim/application/cbr_client.pc with the
corresponding files provided in this directory. Do a make clean and
then make in the your_glomosim_directory/glomosim/main directory.
