                 NOTE:  Newer versions of the buffer models may be available.  
                 Check the web (http://www.xilinx.com/support/sw_ibis.htm) for 
                 the latest file revision.  However, please be aware that the 
                 web files are not compatible for use with IBISWriter, and 
                 must be manually annotated, should their use be preferred.

                 using modeling information extracted from the target process.
                 While a great deal of care has been taken to provide
                 information that is accurate, this model is considered
                 PRELIMINARY as it has not been verified by actual silicon
