may not implement all approved 3.2 features.
NOTE: Newer versions of the buffer models may be available.

web files are not compatible for use with IBISWriter, and
must be manually annotated, should their use be preferred.

using modeling information extracted from the target process.

PRELIMINARY as it has not been verified by actual silicon
measurement.
