USBXpress Firmware Library v3.1 Release
---------------------------------------

Relevant devices: C8051F320/1, 'F340/1/2/3/4/5/6/7

***Firmware library release*** No changes to the firmware libraries have been made since USBXpress release v2.4.

->> Please note that three separate USBXpress firmware libraries have been included, one for each USB MCU family ('F320/1, 'F326/7, 'F34x).
->> The latest release can always be found at this link: http://www.silabs.com/mcudownloads

->> To upgrade your application from USBXpress v1.x to v2.0/v2.1, follow the steps in this MCU KB article:

->> If your application is using USBXpress v2.x, use the following steps to upgrade to USBXpress firmware library v2.3/v2.4:
1. Add a call to USB_Clock_Start() before the USB_Init() call.
2. Explicitly specify each parameter for USB_Init (Default values and null pointers are no longer supported).
3. Remove USB_API.LIB from your project build, and add USBX_F320_1.LIB.
4. Replace your existing USB_API.h with the one in this package (USBXpress_API\F32x_Device\).

->> Refer to the updated Testpanel and FileTransfer examples in this package that already incorporate the above steps.
->> Please refer to the updated AN169.pdf "USBXpress Programmer's Guide" for more details.


Important note about the USBXpress API interrupt:
--------------------------------------------------
C8051F320/1 and C8051F326/7 device libraries use "interrupt 16" (interrupt vector at 0x0083).
C8051F34x device library uses "interrupt 17" (interrupt vector at 0x008B).

Note: The C8051F34x device library is compatible with the C8051F320/1 devices.
The C8051F320/1 device library is NOT compatible with the C8051F34x devices.
