1. Introduction

The unified LLD code for OneNAND combines LLDs for all product line-up of OneNAND in one.
This LLD is modified for OneNAND with Denali Controller.

This unified LLD classifies different OneNANDs by means of reading Device ID and Version ID information, 
which is embedded inside the OneNAND.
This LLD is designed for the following OneNANDs;
 - OneNAND 2G M-die, 1G M-die, 1G A-die, 1G B-die, 512M M-die, 512M A-die
 - OneNAND 256M M-die, 256M A-die, 128M M-die
 - OneNAND 4G DDP (2G M-die based), 2G DDP (1G M-die based), 
 - OneNAND 2G DDP (1G A-die based), 2G DDP (1G B-die based),
 - OneNAND 1G DDP (512M M-die based) 


2 Release location

3 Purpose

On developing product using OneNAND and its embedded software, Unified LLD code for OneNAND is 
designed to enable user to use same code without replacing the old one. 
The code has compatibility throughout all products of OneNAND.
