<div class="content" style="height:200;"><font id="Zoom"> 2008-2009学年度，我校举行了第8届青年教师课堂教学大赛，高中部13位教师参赛，初中部文理科共28位教师跨学年度进行了比赛。2009年3月20日，在学校文泽楼天字厅举行了总结和表彰大会。<BR> 青年教师是学校的未来，也是学校的希望。青年兴，则校兴，青年强，则校强；从2001年起至今走过8届的青年教师课堂教学比赛，从一个侧面，见证了青年教师的成长历程；青年教师们的课堂教学中透露出正确的教育观、质量观，也渗透了新课程改革精神的贯彻，这为全面提高教学质量，保证学校文化的有序传承，提供了可靠的保障。<BR> 本次青年教师在课赛中表现出来的优点和亮点值得充分肯定：一是学生观的转变得到了充分的体现，备课备足了学生，课堂教学中积极调动学生并关注学生的反应；二是精心设计教学的每个环节，用心深而细，讲练结合，让学生学有所获；三是不满足常规上课形式，创新意识突出，调动所有手段使教法更加灵活，让学生真正动了起来；四是注意了信息传递过程的控制。<BR></font></div>
