This is the scan.txt file for the M8051 MegaMacro V6.500

Synopsys
========

Scan test flip-flops have been added successfully to the synthesised
gate-level netlist using the Synopsys Design Compiler script scan.scr.

It is invoked by  

dc_shell -f scan.scr > scan.log

This of course uses test compiler and it may be necessary to
re-optimise after this depending on version of Test-compiler -see
the Synopsys manuals for details. 

Using test compiler a fault coverage figure of 99.6% was achieved,
however this does not guarantee coverage in any other technology.
