     I. List of providers:

      a) 3 Three Ireland
      b) 3 Tre Italia
      c) Vodafone ES  

    II. Provider specific problems:

	* 3 Ireland's DNS server from range 10.* don't respond to
	  Linux queries (in other systems they do, so it's probably
	  partly a configuration issue). The other pair of DNS servers
	  172.*

  III.  Your helpful suggestions are very welcome. Please share your 
	observations / ideas or fixes if you have any.
