If you have windows 95,98,ME you do not need the driver smartcop.sys
If you have DOS 6.22 and lower then go to the directory and execute the
install.bat. This will allow you to format,read,write floppies in nonstandard
format. Or just put device=smartcop.sys in the config.sys file.
