Files peopletracker.h, ptinterface.h, timestamp_c.h, wrapperstream.h and
wrapperstream.cpp are from Thales Research.  They should not be edited in a way
which would change the functionality or implementation/interface, without
consulting Thales.

The files were received from Graham Smith <[e-mail]>
on Fri Jan  4 16:03:58 2002 with the exception of ptinterface.h which was
renamed from peopletracker.h and re-issued under the new name by Graham on
Tue Jan  8 14:38:50 2002 and wrapperstream.{h,cpp} which were updated to 
a new version by Graham and sent to us on Tue Jan 15 10:59:31 2002.

The files are said to conform to the ``People Tracker CORBA Object: Internal
Design'' Specification Document ADVISOR-DOC-022_PeopleTrackerInternalDesign.doc
Issue 1 of Fri Jan 4 2002 with the exception of the re-named file.


NEWS  Aug 15 2002: removed all files except timestamp_c.h because they are not
      needed any more.   nts.
