In this routine, the user is required to initialize the transport endpoint and the views, and then complete initialization of the agent by calling <b><i>snmpdInitFinish</i></b><b>( )</b>. Any configuration required for <b><i>snmpIoTrapSend</i></b><b>( )</b> must be done before calling <b><i>snmpdInitFinish</i></b><b>( )</b> since it will be invoked in there. Any hooks that are required by the user must be passed to <b><i>snmpdInitFinish</i></b><b>( )</b>. The transport endpoint must be initialized before <b><i>snmpdInitFinish</i></b><b>( )</b> is called; the main loop is then invoked.
