This chapter describes how to create a new Tornado tool and add it to the Tornado launcher (in the UNIX environment) or to the Tornado launch toolbar (in the Windows environment). It also provides information about sharing Tornado development such as enhancements of existing tools or useful utilities with other users. </p><dd><p class="Body"><a name="84390"> </a>The Tornado environment is structured to make adding tools easy.
