简单的虚拟机

At present only part of the instructions are implemented, so runable
MS-DOS file is limited. I choosed several from [1] to test the execution
of MyVM. All of them are documented in test subdirectory. Each test is
written in Intel-style assembly, compiled by TASM 5.0.
