CM 	ElevRad2
CM ElevRad2 is ElevRad1 modified in such a way that without
CM violating NEC modeling guidelines the excitation source is
CM placed as close as possible to the radial-wires connection.
CM If you compare ElevRad1 and ElevRad2 you'll see that the
CM results are quite different.
CM As compared to the EZnec ElevRad2 file this file will show
CM no segmentation errors or warnings. However results are
CM slightly different. Let me know if you have an opinion
CM about what results could agree best with actual measurements.
