  This version operates but the timing may not be as
  Accurate as it could be.
  The timing was initially done using an eprom device 
  without the clock correction values set - oop's.

 This version is an attempt to correct the timing of the
 previous version. Don't know how accurate it will be.
 This was done by Re-implementing the >100% check and
 altering the NOP's after it.
