2.目录LCM-SIMS为LCM12864工作与串行通信模式，即兼容SPI模式，但SPI通信时序由端口产生，即软件仿真SPI模式
3.目录LCM-SPI为LCM12864工作与串行模式，即兼容SPI模式，但SPI通信时序片内SPI产生，即硬SPI模式。
